What we thought: I was pretty impressed with how well the PEAKfresh produce bags worked. Those days are over! What we thought: Olives are one of our family's favorite foods. Actually they are little D's absolute favorite food:) Being the olive connoisseurs that we are, we are kinda picky about which brands we buy. Lindsay has always been our number one choice and since trying even more of their delicious types of olives, I think they will remain in the number one spot for quite a while:) We add olives to our meals at least twice a week, usually more often than that and we eat them for snack quite often as well. We put olives in salads, tacos, burritos, pasta dishes, casseroles, cocktails...you name it we probably like olives in it:) We usually prefer black to green olives, but since trying Lindsay's Green Ripe Naturals, I think we've found a new favorite. We expected a briny green olive taste, but were pleasantly surprised by the nutty, buttery flavor of the Naturals. YUMMO!! It was also our first experience with the resealable containers and they were pretty handy. Occasionally, we have leftover olives and usually use a plastic container to store them in the fridge, but with the resealable containers, there is no need to dirty up extra dishes. The containers keep the olives as fresh and tasty as they are upon first opening them. The Italian Seasoned Olives were also new to us, but they were pretty yummy and a great addition to the salad we added them to. The Lindsay website has a ton of great recipes and resources as well. What we thought: We loved our Duo Diaper! It was super absorbent and we haven't had any problems with leakage. We haven't had any instances of diaper rash either. We have even used this diaper overnight and it has worked wonderfully! We got a size 2 for 21 month old D and it fit perfectly. The Duo Diaper is adjustable so that 2 sizes will get your little one from birth through potty training and that is impressive! The diaper seemed comfy and every component was soft and cushy to the touch. I loved the variety of color and print choices. The Duo Diaper is also super easy to care for and held up great to machine washing and drying. If you are cloth diapering your little one, we would recommend Thirsties...while they may seem a little pricey, but in the long run they are worth it!! Meridane Design Review and Giveaway...

Meridane Design is a family owned business that was created when Sally Short serendipitously superimposed each letter of the phrase ‘LOVE IS ALL U NEED' on top of one another and then added a peace sign to complete the design.

What we thought: I loved my pendant from Meridane Design!! It was gorgeous and could be dressed up or worn casually. It matched everything! I love simple jewelry, but this was extra cool because as simplistic as the design looks, it was also very complex in meaning! Every time I wear it, the kiddos and I think of something else it "says" and A really loved "finding" all of the letters in the pendant. This is definitely on of the coolest pieces of jewelry I have ever owned:)
the pendant was very well-made and I expect it to last a very long time. Other than my wedding ring, it is certainly my favorite accessory:) This would be the perfect gift for any occasion, because you can make it meaningful for any situation. What we thought: As with most 'As Seen On TV' products, I was a little skeptical about the Grill Daddy tool. However, Grill Daddy worked surprisingly well! We usually have to soak our grill grates to get the cooked on food off and we use our grill at least twice a week, so you could imagine the the hassle of soaking, waiting and cleaning over and over. B tested the Grill Daddy and I'm happy to say he can clean the grill himself now that this tool has made the chore fun and easy! It really is a simple process and I hope the Grill Daddy lasts for a while because it sure makes my life easier:) ABCD Diaries gives the Grill Daddy an A!

What we thought: These were pretty cool. We have several Tupperware-type dishes that have somehow "lost" their lids, so Cover Mate was perfect for these. They also came in handy when I was too lazy to move salad fixings into palstic containers...I just covered each bowl with a Cover Mate and Voila...fridge ready! They fit a variety of sizes including a casserole dish and they fit snugly. They also held up in the microwave! What we thought: Did you know on average, we spend 5 years of our lives suffering from colds?! This book was pretty interesting. It explains what a cold is and how and where you are most likely to acquire a cold. Jennifer Ackerman offers lots of cold statistics, like who is most likely to catch a cold and more. She discusses several cold myths and and separates fact from fiction. She also discusses comfort methods for decreasing cold symptoms. Ackerman tells this story with a lot of humor and you can tell she put a lot of effort into gathering this in depth research on colds. If you would like to learn more about colds(not a bad idea with cold season approaching:) or are just curious by nature and love learning, I would definitely recommend this book! ABCD Diaries gives Ah-CHOO! an A+!
