Clean Up Your Gut with Dr. Ohhira Probiotics #MomsMeet

I've never intentionally taken probiotics, but recently thanks to Moms Meet, I received a package of Dr. Ohhira products and was interested in starting this regimen.  I read up on the benefits of probiotics and was excited to see the results.  

Quality probiotics (like Dr. Ohhira's) work great for most people.  Unfortunately, I happen to be one of the few whose body isn't very fond of taking them.  There can sometimes be side effects when you first start taking probiotics as your body gets used to them (bloating and gas to name a few) but my side effects included severe abdominal and back pain that left me bedridden for a couple of days.  However, this is just my experience and after doing quite a bit of research on Dr. Ohhira's product, I'm confident that they are beneficial for most users.  Of course, when starting a new supplement, always pay attention to the way your body is reacting to it:)
