This topical remedy is available in the following aromas: unscented, lavender/eucalyptus, and cooling menthol with two potencies: 400 mg or 1,000 mg. Just like the tincture, it contains .3% or less THC — federally legal nationwide. Inspire Physical Activity with the XTEK Gym Pro Gymnastics Bar #spon

Both A and D spent several years in gymnastics and love pretty much any physical activity, so they were super pumped to be able to review this Kip Bar from XTEK Gym.

This is a pretty awesome piece of gymnastics equipment.  Let's check it out:

A and B decided to tackle this build and it turned out to be pretty simple and quick.

After surveying the pieces of the puzzle, they quickly had the bar ready to go.  The directions were a little sparse, basically just a diagram, but with a little know-how, it wasn't too hard to figure out.

It took around 20 minutes to assemble completely and it's super sturdy thanks to the design that allows for even weight distribution.  That means less of a chance for the bar to tip.  We haven't had any issues with it coming up off the floor at all, which allows for my peace of mind while the monkeys are climbing it.  It doesn't wiggle a bit!  It's rated for gymnasts up to 140 lbs and is suitable for routines for levels 1-4.  Of course, it's great just for monkeying around even if you're not a competitive gymnast!

This bar is perfect for young gymnasts as it can be adjusted to their height as they grow.  Adjustment is super easy.  Simply turn and pull the knob to change the bar from 3-5 feet.  This is great if you have several kiddos of varying heights.

D, open gym is more his style:
