Personalized Books from Wonderbly Engage Kids of All Ages!

*DISCLOSURE* Thank you to Wonderbly for providing product samples in order to facilitate this post.  All thoughts are strictly my own.

A customized personalized book is a great way to get kids of all ages involved in a story.  Studies show that when children see themselves in a story, it has a profound effect on their literacy and language development. This helps create confident, enthusiastic readers for life.

Personalization also helps children relate to the storylines – it’s really them, in the story! This makes them far more receptive to the key messages and learnings of each tale – from courage, to friendship, to curiosity and kindness. Wonderbly offers a great collection of over 30 titles to keep your kiddos engaged.

Once you choose your title, you get to personalize your characters.  The process is simple and straightforward.  A couple of things we noticed: you are limited to more mainstream hair colors (A has pink hair IRL) and there wasn't a they/them pronoun option.  Other than that this part was fun and the characters do kind of resemble their real life counterparts.

Our book was personalized for my kiddos A and D and their 3 year old cousin RJ.  It is a search and find type book.

This book is a personalized search-and-find extravaganza, where you’re looking for… yourself! The first in the Where Are You collection, children will love exploring 6 alternate universes, spotting different versions of themselves – along with oodles of other fun challenges.  It's perfect for ages 4 and up, plus Wonderbly prints in 12 different languages and ships worldwide.

Wonderbly lets you offer up a sweet message to the book recipient with the personalized dedication page:

Here is a preview of one of our adventures.  See if you can spot our little heroes:

So fun! There are additional missions in the back of the book to keep the fun going.

If you are looking for a great gift idea for a child of any age, check out Wonderbly for some really awesome personalized books!
