  We recently had the chance to review the Bill Murray tee from Young Punks: 

What we thought:  
This tee is awesome!  We love Bill Murray and this shirt is just classic:)  Young Punks makes shirts and onesies for kids, sizes 3-6 months to youth 12.  These shirts are made in the USA, which means they are sweat shop free.  They are 100% cotton and super soft and stretchy...perfect for little ones to show off some style!

Puritan's Pride: Gummy Vitamins for the Whole Family! #Review

We recently had the chance to review Gummy Vitamins from Puritan's Pride:

What we thought:  
We sampled the Adult and Children's varieties, though they also have teen gummy vitamins.  These gummies have a pleasant taste and are a great alternative to vitamins in pill form in my opinion.  They taste way better than a pill and there's just something about a colorful gummy that just makes taking vitamins a little more fun:)  I find that we're definitely more likely to remember to take them if it's not a boring pill, silly I know, but true for us!  The kiddos haven't missed a day, so they're kid-friendly for sure:)  The fruity flavors are a hit with our family and Puritan's Pride is a name we've long trusted for vitamins and nutritional supplements.  ABCD Diaries gives Puritan's Pride Gummy Vitamins an A+!

MadeOn Hard Lotion #Review

We recently had the chance to review a few products from MadeOn Hard Lotion:

What we thought:  

We received a large and a small bar of Bee Silk Hard Lotion and a Peppermint Lip Balm.  The Bee Silk Hard Lotion is fantastic for getting dry, cracked feet back into shape for flip-flop season!  You just rub the bar on the affected area and your body heat naturally warms up the lotion as you spread it around. 

Immediately I felt results!  My skin was smoother and softer.  After using it for a few days, my feet looked really good and I know I'll be ready for those flip flops soon:)  I like that the bars come in different sizes...the large one is great for home use and the small one fits in my bag when I'm traveling or on-the-go. The bars are made of only 3 ingredients, beeswax, coconut oil and shea butter, so I know I'm not adding anything terrible to my delicate skin.  Gotta love that!

I absolutely LOVE the Peppermint Lip Balm.  It leaves my lips feeling soft and smooth and minty fresh:)  

Simple ingredients, simple application and simply soft results:)  ABCD Diaries gives MadeOn Hard Lotion products an A+!

Thankful Thursday 12/52

This week I am thankful for all the beautiful signs of Spring!

Our poor lemon tree got banged up during the move...it traveled in the back of a pickup for 25 miles of highway, so you could imagine how rough that was!  It lost all of it's buds and fruit and most of it's leaves. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find it full of promising buds this week, way more than it's ever had!

So beautiful and we can't wait to see if it will produce anything:)   This is just one of the many things blooming in our yard. Spring is definitely here!

Nick's Sticks claims to have "All of the Goodness, None of the Garbage!"  That means you won't find MSG, antibiotics, hormones or gluten in these sticks.  What will you find?  Deliciousness, that's what!  We really enjoyed or Nick's Sticks!  The kiddos loved the original turkey and beef sticks, while B and I preferred their spicy counterparts.  These meat sticks come from grass-fed cows and free-range turkeys...see?  ALL the goodness:)  ABCD Diaries gives Nick's Sticks an A+!

SimplyFun "Save the Pie" Board Game #Review

We recently had the chance to review a board game from SimplyFun:

What we thought: 

The game we reviewed is a cooperative game called Save the Pie.  The players work together to keep the pie away from the hungry bear.  This game encourages team work and problem solving with a healthy dose of silliness thrown in which makes it a super fun game!  A and D are 7 and 5, so I helped them set the game up and read through the directions, but they were definitely able to play the game by themselves.  They really loved it!  The game is a mixture of rolling the die and completing physical and mental challenges all set to a timer.  One of their favorite parts, shown below, was blowing the berry chip across the board:)  There are various levels of play for beginners to more experienced players, though we have yet to be able to win on the hardest level.

The kiddos have played this game several times in the past week and it has become a favorite of the neighborhood kids as well.  ABCD Diaries gives Save the Pie from SimplyFun an A+!
