#HealthyStart - Overnight Oats in Crave-worthy Flavors from Real Made!

I love finding quick, nutritious breakfasts that the whole family enjoys and we are big fans of overnight oats.  If you've never made overnight oats, the process is simple.  Mix dry ingredients (oats, chia, spices) fruits (fresh or dried) and milk (we love coconut!) in a jar, cover, and refrigerate overnight.  The next morning, you have a delicious, nutritious, ready-to-eat breakfast!  Real Made Food has pre-made packets in some really great flavors that make overnight oats even easier!

These packets take the guesswork out of overnight oats.  No need to search for a recipe either!  Just pour the pre-mixed packet in your jar and add milk.  Cover and refrigerate overnight as usual and the next morning you get yo dig in to a yummy breakfast that is packed full of goodness!
