"LARK, the creator of a silent un-alarm linked to your iPhone, iPad or iTouch is a wristband, charger and app that wakes you up without disrupting your partner’s sleep and trains you to sleep better. It offers a seven-day sleep assessment and becomes your personal sleep coach. The product retails for $99 and is available at all Apple stores globally – as well as BestBuy.com and select Best Buy stores."
Just in time for sending your kiddos off to college...a LARK would make a fantastic going away gift:)
"Sleep is rarely a top priority for a college freshman, if even a priority at all. Between moving away from home, adjusting to a new schedule and living in a tiny room with a stranger—sleep is often neglected. The LARK can help college students optimize their sleep by improving sleep habits, despite the hectic schedules that come with being a freshman. And of course, the vibrating alarm is great for roommates on different schedules so they don’t wake each other up every morning – or afternoon!"
What we thought: We used the LARK with B's iPhone. He usually gets up about an hour before me and my last hour is that half asleep "my eyes are closed, but I can hear everything going on around me" state. Once he started using the alarm, that last hour became way more restful. This would be really great for anyone who sleeps in the room with someone else on a different sleep schedule. The LARK is easy to use and really cool to boot:) ABCD Diaries gives the LARK an A+!
