Candy Club: Candy Subscription for Monthly Treats!

**Complimentary products received in exchange for our honest review.  All opinions are ours and ours alone**

Though we don't eat a ton of candy around here, we always like to have a few of our favorites around for when that sweet tooth kicks in:)  Candy Club makes it easy to always have a stash of your favorite sweet treats on hand.

Candy Club is the Premiere Candy of the Month Club. They offer an amazing variety of delicious and unique candies, along with tried and true favorites. You can have fun trying new candies and take a walk down memory lane with your old favorites:)

When you place your first order, you get to take a quiz to find out your flavor profile and then 3 candies are specially curated to fit your tastes.  Don't worry, if you don't like Candy Club's choices, they give you the option of picking your own candies.  You then have the option of adding additional tubs of candy for a slightly higher price.

Our box was packaged really well and included three generous tubs of candy and "candy splash" for added festivity:)

I loved the variety of candies to choose from and our package was delightful!  The whole family enjoyed munching on these treats and there was plenty to share.

Subscriptions are offered as Monthly, 6 Month or 12 Month options, starting at $27.99 plus shipping with lower rates for longer subscriptions.  You can also order gift subscriptions.

Candy Club is a really fun service and a great way to indulge that sweet tooth!

Eat Healthy This Spring with an Electric Food Dehydrator from Rosewill! + Giveaway

**Complimentary products received in exchange for our honest review.  All opinions are ours and ours alone**

Spring is here on the Texas coast and we're looking forward to the fresh produce it brings!  We eat a lot of fruit and tend to buy in bulk when we can, but sometimes that leads to food waste when our goodies go bad before we can eat them.  Often, we'll make jellies and jams with overripe fruit, but another great idea is to dehydrate some of that fruit to have on hand for healthy snack options year round!  Thanks to Rosewill, we got to try our hand at drying fruit with the Electric Food Dehydrator:

This dehydratore has 5 stacking trays and inserts for herbs and other small items.  I love the adjustable thermostat (5 to 155 degrees F) which allows you to get the right temperature for what your drying.  That means you can dry more than just fruits and veggies, but meat, dairy, flowers, tea and so much more!

The booklet that comes with the dehydrator is full of helpful information on what to dehydrate, how to prepare your items and how long and at what temperature to run the unit.  It runs fairly quiet, which means you can run it all day or night without the noise bothering any one.

We really enjoyed our first round of fruit using our dehydrator.  The process was simple and the results were tasty!  We're looking forwad to our next round where we're going to try strawberry fruit leather.  Yum!

One lucky reader will win an Electric Food Dehydrator from Rosewill!  Enter below:

Loved + Blessed: A Christian Faith-Based Subscription Box! February Edition

**Complimentary products received in exchange for our honest review.  All opinions are ours and ours alone**

We recently had the chance to review the February box from Loved + Blessed:

Loved + Blessed is a Christian faith-based subscription box service that delivers a box of encouragement right to your door each month.

Each box revolves around a central theme and comes with a mini poster, a sticker, a purse-sized scripture card and a gift.

The theme for the February box was Kindness:

The scripture card this month featured Hebrews 13:1-2 NIV: " Keep on loving one another as brothers and sisters.  Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it."

The special gifts for February were a bag of plantable Kindness Confetti to remind you there is good in the world, a Loved + Blessed Reminder Pin to wear or share and a Loved + Blessed Card Case.

This box included a bonus gift, a fun Confetti Stick:

I definitely think there is room for Loved + Blessed in the subscription box market and I love that their mission is to deliver encouraging products that support a fantastic message!

If that wasn't enough, Loved + Blessed gives a portion of the proceeds of each box sold to Union Rescue Mission, a charity that offers hope and healing to the homeless.  What an amazing cause!

For just $15.99/month + $4 shipping & handling in the US, you can get your Loved + Blessed box or gift someone else with this monthly dose of encouragement today!

Get Authentic with Uncle Steve's Italian Specialties!

**Complimentary products received in exchange for our honest review.  All opinions are ours and ours alone**

Red sauce is a staple around our house.  We eat a lot of it, so we pretty much always have it on hand, but a few years ago, we gave up on the store-bought varieties and started making it from scratch.  We are pretty picky about the taste of our red sauce and those jarred options weren't cutting it.  They were often too sweet for our taste or not spiced to our liking.  However, making a big batch of red sauce can be time consuming and every once in a while we'd plan a meal that included sauce only to find that we had depleted our freezer stash of homemade sauce or didn't have time to thaw a jar.  Luckily, we recently got to try out a few jars of red sauce from Uncle Steve's Italian Specialties, and our minds have been changed about jarred sauce!

Fun side note, the Steve behind Uncle Steve's is Steve Schirippa, best known for his role of  Bobby Baccalieri in The Sopranos!

We were able to sample two of the three varieties of Uncle Steve's sauce, the Marinara and the Tomato Basil and both were absolutely fantastic!

Both of these sauces are so flavorful and versatile.  They can be used in so many different recipes and are simply delicious!

Whether using Uncle Steve's as a sauce or a dip, you are sure to have big smiles and full bellies!

You can find Uncle Steve's Italian Specialties at fine grocers nationwide.
