Fuel Your Diet with Fiber-licious Snacks from Fiber Gourmet! #spon

*DISCLOSURE* Thank you to Fiber Gourmet for providing product samples in order to facilitate this post.  All thoughts are strictly my own.

I am always looking for low-carb, high fiber foods that taste good.  Sometimes that can be a tricky combination to find, but I recently found a few worth mentioning.  Check out these goodies from Fiber Gourmet:

Fiber Gourmet has a great selection of snacks and foods that can easily be substituted for less healthy options without sacrificing the taste.

Sharp Cheddar Thinables

Get the only cheese crackers that taste just like a name brand cheese cracker, but have less than half the calories!  Throw in 44% of your daily value of fiber and 4 grams of protein and you have quite the well-rounded and tasty snack with benefits 😊

Toasted Wheat Thinables

These wheat crackers that taste just like another well known wheat cracker, but with half the calories!  They are slightly sweet and slightly salty and just 70 calories per ounce.  One serving gets you 40% of your daily value of fiber and 4 grams of protein.

Cinnamon Thinables

These super-healthy wheat crackers are sprinkled with a layer of cinnamon and sugar and packed with 12 grams of fiber per package (48% of your Daily Value!) Each 1-oz package contains about 30 crackers and contains just 70 calories.  They taste amazing and really fill you up.

Rotini

I don't know how they did it, but Fiber Gourmet pasta has the same color, taste, and texture as standard pasta, but with only 1/2 the calories and 80% of your daily value of fiber!

It also provides an unprecedented 18 grams of fiber per serving, much more than whole wheat pasta (which has a mere 5g)  You really can't tell the difference in taste or texture...this rotini was the bomb dot com!

All of these Fiber Gourmet products are made in the USA from US ingredients and contain no artificial colors or flavors.  What an easy way to switch out your everyday snacks for healthier options with all the flavor of their counterparts!
