Kasandrinos Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Quality You Can Taste! #spon

*DISCLOSURE* Thank you to Kasandrinos for providing product samples in order to facilitate this post.  All thoughts are strictly my own.

In our quest to create healthier meals, we have been using olive oil on a daily basis for a couple of years now.  It really adds great flavor to so many of our recipes and is completely versatile, not to mention a healthier option than other oils.  We have found that some olive oils are better for cooking, while others are better for serving straight from the bottle.  The higher quality oil you have the better it tastes fresh from the bottle.  Recently, we had the chance to try out Kasandrinos:

2017 Harvest Kasandrinos Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This oiled is processed using cold extraction techniques which allows for a very balanced taste that combines a perfect mix of spicy and bitter. These olives are hand picked from century old GMO-free trees and cold pressed with only mechanical pressing methods. Every batch is given a chemical analysis. All olives used in Kasandrinos oil are sustainably sourced from olive orchards in Laconia Greece and are pressed within 48 hours of harvest.

The love and attention given to this oil doesn't stop after the oil is made.  The gorgeous dark color bottle was picked specifically to keep the oil preserved and fresher longer in case the oil is stored in a bright place (like your counter top)

Olive Oil and Pesto Bread Dip

Some of our favorite uses for this delicious olive oil have been mixed with a little pesto as a bread dip and a star ingredient in homemade salad dressing, though this oil adds a wow factor to whatever it's used on.

Bring a little bit of Greece into your kitchen with a bottle of Kasandrinos Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil!
