Effie's Homemade Treats #spon

Effie's Homemade treats are based off old-fashioned farmhouse recipes.


Effie’s Cocoacakes are crisp, buttery cookies lightly malted and layered with toasted coconut.  Deep, dark and oh-so delicious, try with a glass of cold milk or crumble on top of your favorite ice cream.  

PAIRINGS:
Effie's Cocoacakes are great by themselves, but they're also wonderful when paired with other specialty foods.  For example:

Cheese
Mascarpone
Crème Fraiche
Creamy Blue
Cold Milk
Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS:
Wheat flour (contains malted barley flour), butter, oats, sugar, barley malt extract, dried coconut, cocoa (processed with alkalai), salt, baking soda, water, turbinado sugar.

Effie’s Oatcakes are a 4th generation family recipe with origins in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Crisp, lightly sweetened, with a nutty flavor, oatcakes are a perfect snack any time of day.

PAIRINGS:
Effie's Oatcakes are great by themselves, but they're also wonderful when paired with other specialty foods.  For example:

Sharp Cheddar or Stilton Cheese
Tea
Chocolate
Jams

INGREDIENTS:
Wheat flour (contains malted barley flour), oats, butter, sugar, organic palm oil, water, salt, baking soda.
