#GiftsForKids - Klutz Kits #HolidayGiftGuide

*DISCLOSURE* Thank you to Scholastic and Klutz  for providing product samples in order to facilitate this post.  All thoughts are strictly my own.

If you have curious kiddos, today's gift idea will be perfect!  Scholastic's Klutz Kits make great gifts for kids who love to create and tinker.  Check out a few of our favorites:

Turn your kitchen into a candy laboratory! Use the powders and molds in the kit to make 36 colorful jelly beans in 4 sweet flavors. Then, follow instructions using ingredients from home to make marshmallows, lollipops, fudge, and more! Learn the science behind the sweet, stretchy, sticky stuff that makes up the candies you love while experimenting and putting your own twists on classic treats.

D's favorite project was making juice dots from gelatin.  Using a dropper, he created perfect little gel dots that were as fun to make as they were to eat!

Ready, aim, blast! Using the fun and clear instruction book, construct a moveable, air-powered cannon and fire away at the included targets. Makers will explore the physics of projectiles, the mechanics of pneumatics, and how they work in everyday machines such as bicycle pumps!

D loves anything that shoots projectiles so this kit was a winner for sure! He was impressed at how easy the blaster was to control and how accurate it was as well.

Perfect for any budding engineer with a sweet tooth! Make your own gumball machine with a book of step-by-step instructions, adjustable ramps, custom snaps, and bumper guides. Then, keep the ball rolling with other gumball-related science experiments using simple machines.

This was a fun kit to build, but a few of the holes for the snap-in pieces weren't quite the right length.  We were able to easily cut the lengths of the holes longer to make the kit work though.

Explore sensory play with these easy at-home water-based bottle experiments! Watch your kid's cares melt away as they're mesmerized by swirling glitter or challenge themselves to tilt a fish through a hoop in the 2 provided leak-proof bottles. The fun doesn’t stop there! The included crystal-clear instructions include 4 additional experiments using common household ingredients.

This kit was fun and super simple.  D loves his new discovery bottles!

Klutz Build Your Own Gotcha Gadgets is where science meets immaturity with a set of customizable electronic gizmos, along with a book of games, pranks, and jokes. It’s like a science fair project with the soul of a whoopee cushion.

D loves gadgets and pranks, so this kit was right up his alley.  So much fun packed in to one kit!

Klutz Toolbox Jewelry teaches kids how to make 10 amazing industrial jewelry pieces from common hardware like shiny nuts, star washers, and fasteners. It’s the perfect combination of functional and fabulous.

Jewelry making is new for D, but thanks to the handy dandy guide, he picked up the skill quickly and enjoyed tinkering with this kit.

He even gave me his first project, a ring made from nuts.

Klutz is your one stop shop for kits that will keep kiddos engaged, exploring and discovering for hours!  Check out the amazing selection of educational and fun kits and pick up a few to put under the tree this year 😊
