What we thought: The ceramic peeler from Shenzhen Knives was super easy to use a worked really well. It replaced our old metal peeler and just in time! It was starting to get a little rusty. Another good thing about the ceramic peeler...it shouldn't ever rust:) The peeler is well-made and fits in both B's and my hand nicely.
