We got to check out the two day meal plan for one person.  Check out what our package included:

Day 1 and Day 2 were packaged separately in convenient zipper bags that make packing out your trash easy peasy.

Day 1

Our breakfast included Oatmeal with Cranberries and Walnuts and tea.

Right On Trek knows the importance of snacks and includes several for each day.  Our first snack duo was Oberto Trail Mix and a KIND bar.

Lunch was Starkist Tuna, Planters Trail Mix and Lance Peanut Butter Crackers:

Second snack was a KIND bar and a LARABAR.

Dinner was Mac and Cheese and tea with a chocolate bar for dessert.

Day 2

Breakfast was and Egg, Cheese, Mushroom and Onion Scramble and STASH tea.

Our morning snack was a Rip Van Wafel stroopwafel and a Cherry Pie LARABAR.

For lunch we had Whole Grain Cheese Crackers from Lance, a Wisconsin Vintage Cheddar cheese stick and a pack of energy chews from Pro Bar.

Afternoon snack was a KIND Cinnamon Oat bar and Kar's Sweet 'n Spicy Nut Mix.

Finally, our dinner was Cheesy Mashed Potatoes and Chicken, STASH tea and a Chocolove Chocolate Bar for dessert.

We really enjoyed Right On Trek's choices, especially the snacks!  The hot meals were super easy to make using our backpack stove and some boiling water.  Right On Trek also sent a condiments package that included hot sauce, sugar and salt and pepper.
