Choose your flavor and heat level!
Special Sauce is the original formula and where it all began. It is mild in heat and described as "Sweet Heat" that tastes great on just about anything. It makes a fantastic mayo substitute for things like tuna and chicken salad.
Extra Special Sauce is hotter in heat with less sweet flavor than the original special sauce. It is a medium heat and described as "Tangy Heat". Still great as an all-purpose sauce. It's amazing on sandwiches or as a slaw sauce.
Especially Special Sauce is hot in heat, but in a really flavorful, tasty way! Described as "Smokey Heat" which comes from the roasted flavor of the habanero peppers. This is more of a creamy, spicy condiment than a hot sauce, so even though it is spicy, you can still smoother your food with. We love it on tacos, potatoes, veggies, beans, basically to top anything that goes well with smoky, spicy flavor. We like it spicy and this sauce is fantastic!
