Style with a Conscience
tazzyTotes™ was born from a desire to do the right thing while at the same time, getting rid of all the plastic bags overtaking my kitchen. And the guilt that came with it.
Using less plastic has become "Eco 101". However, I confess that my busy life and quest for convenience kept me from "breaking the plastic habit". And I don't think I'm alone in that admission because despite the movement to reusable bags, billions of plastic bags are still being consumed every year. But the only options were the same reusable, cloth bags that you see everywhere. Better than plastic? Yes. But other than sustainability, they lack function, appeal and style which is why so many vehicle trunks are full of forgotten cloth bags.
It made me wonder if reusable bags were more attractive, would people use them more? I knew I would so I started researching. I thought there had to be an alternative to cloth bags where I didn't have to sacrifice my sense of style. A bag or tote that I would remember to take shopping because frankly, it looks good. Finding nothing, the idea for tazzyTotes™ took shape.
What's evolved is a line of eco-chic shopping solutions that are more than just totes, they're fashion accessories.
But beyond style, this project is about making better choices and sustaining our quality of life. It's about accountability and helping others "break the plastic bag habit". And by extension, it's about taking responsibility for the future of this planet. Which is why tazzyTotes™ is proud to align with 1% For The Planet, an organization dedicated to connecting business and ecology by inspiring members of the business community to contribute 1% of sales to environmental groups around the world."

What we thought: I really liked our set of tazzyTotes produce bags. They were stylish and efficient along with being another way we can reduce our family's carbon footprint. They held up well to a variety of different produce and I was especially impressed that they didn't snag with some of the more "rough" produce like corn on the cob. They were very easy to care for and store between uses. They were handy and portable enough to throw in with our reusable grocery bags. We got several compliments on them, from other shoppers and the cashier and bagger. Everyone wanted to know where we got our cool produce bags! ABCD Diaries gives tazzyTotes produce bags an A+!!

Buy It: You can find these always eco-friendly produce bags and other stylish shopping accessories at tazzyTotes.
