The Spice Lab Gourmet Salt Collections #Review #Giveaway

ABCD Diaries was given products to facilitate our review. We were in no other way compensated. The opinions expressed in this post are ours and ours alone.

We were recently given the opportunity to review the Chili Head Gourmet Salt Collection from The Spice Lab:

This Gourmet Salt Collection includes 6 spicy salts:
No. 95  Chili Pepper Cyprus Flake Finishing Sea Salt
No. 107  Asian Szechuan Pepper Sea Salt
No. 112  Smoked Serrano Chili Sea Salt
No. 117  Jalapeno Pepper Sea Salt
No. 118  Hot Habanero Pepper Sea Salt
No. 119  Hot Ghost Pepper Sea Salt

What we thought: We were SUPER impressed with the quality of these salts.  The selection we reviewed was fantastic!  These salts add spice to any dish as well as quality sea salts.  There is just enough to spice to give flavor to a dish without giving it an overpowering spicy taste.  We've been experimenting with different dishes, trying to see which salt taste best in what.  So far, they have all been fantastic on chicken, beef and veggies, but one of my favorite uses is as a topping on popcorn!  You can totally change the flavor of your popcorn with just a dash of one of these amazing salts:)  The Gourmet Salt Collections from The Spice Lab would make a great addition to anyone's spice cabinet.  The collections are gorgeously displayed in clear test tubes containers with corked and come with a wooden holder and salt spoon.  They are beautifully crafted and would make great gifts for anyone who cooks and loves to experiment with different gourmet tastes.  ABCD Diaries gives The Spice Lab an A+!
