Domino Created a Delicious, Less Processed Sweetener...Golden Sugar!

*DISCLOSURE* Thank you to Domino for providing product samples in order to facilitate this post.  All thoughts are strictly my own.

For more than 100 years, Domino® Sugar has joined millions of Americans in their kitchens to help bake something special and create memories that last a lifetime. Now, Domino is helping us bake amazing treats with Golden Sugar, a less processed pure cane granulated sugar.

Golden Sugar performs the same as white sugar, cup-for-cup without compromising taste or performance!  That means you can use sugar a little more freely in all your favorite foods.  Golden Sugar has a beautiful golden color and a distinct hint of molasses flavor that is oh so tasty without being overpowering.

We've been enjoying whipping up all sorts of goodies with Domino Golden Sugar the lat few weeks.

You really can't tell the difference in taste baked goods, but it's nice knowing that the sugar I'm using is a bit healthier than plain white sugar.

Coconut Lime Ricotta Cake (recipe from Diethood)

Perfect for summer, this is an amazingly moist cake using almond flour and Golden Sugar to make it a bit healthier😊

Peanut Butter Butterfinger Cookies (recipe from The Salty Marshmallow)

I mean, if your going to make cookies using candy bars as a main ingredient, any help making them a bit healthier is appreciated😊

We also used Golden Sugar in more savory baked goods like pizza crust, biscuits and other breads and it worked wonderfully in place of white sugar.  I love that the switch is cup-for-cup, making it super easy to use!

Golden Sugar is great for sweetening beverages like coffee and iced tea as well.  It dissolves easily in liquids and tastes great!

Any little bit helps when it comes to making foods healthier and when you don't have to sacrifice flavor, I feel it's a winning switch!  It couldn't be easier to make the less processed sugar trade for Golden Sugar from Domino!  Look for it the next time you are at the grocery store!
