PEAKfresh Produce Bags Review and Giveaway...

Thanks to PEAKfresh, we recently had the opportunity to review these efficient, reusable produce bags:

About PEAKfresh:
"Manufacturers and suppliers since 1992 of specialty Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) films and related products for the fresh fruit, vegetable & flower industries.
Each packaging product is totally focused on extending the freshness and shelf life of fresh horticultural produce and saving money by reducing waste.
The business develops and produces mineral impregnated films that removes ethylene gas (ripening gas) given off by the packaged produce. An additional anti-fog treatment reduces moisture levels on the film surface. Freshness and shelf life can be more than doubled on existing time by using Peakfresh MAP films and special pre-pack films.
PEAKfresh® films are USA FDA approved, comply with current EU Directives and approved by Swiss, Austrian, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand Authorities.

Benefits-
Peakfresh is a Modified Atmosphere Packaging(MAP) film specifically developed for the packaging of fresh fruit, vegetables, plants and cut flowers. When used with refrigeration at correct temperature levels, Peakfresh will extend the life of your product and maintain its freshness.
The benefits are clear.
Reduce wastage and ensure your produce is fresher longer.

What we thought: I was pretty impressed with how well the PEAKfresh produce bags worked. I am a couponing, stockpiling mom, but even when I find an excellent deal on produce, I don't usually stock up on it because the probability of it spoiling before we get a chance to eat it all is pretty high. Those days are over! Thanks to PEAKfresh I can now stock up a little more on great produce deals and count on these nifty little bags to keep the produce fresher longer:) I love that they can be washed and reused for up to 2 months! PEAKfresh has saved us money in more ways than one AND allowed us to eat healthy, fresh foods more often. ABCD Diaries gives PEAKfresh reusable produce bags an A+!

Buy It: Go to PEAKfresh to find these awesome bags and keep your produce fresher, longer!!
Win It: PEAKfresh has generously offered one ABCD Diaries reader three boxes of PEAKfesh produce bags!! To enter, tell us what you would put in your PEAKfresh bags.

  101. I would use them for bananas! We always buy a lot but end up putting them in the freezer for banana bread because they're getting too brown. I have at LEAST 25 bananas in the freezer that need to get used (no joke!) Luckily I love banana bread ;)
