What we thought: What a great idea!! We bought our first home at the end of last year and one of the first things to go was the carpet in the bedrooms. The plan was to redo nearly all the floors throughout the house...wood in the kid's bedrooms, tile in the kitchen, dining and baths and bamboo in the living room. We have all the floors done with the exception of the living room which we are doing next week and the WarmlyYours area rug warmer will be great this winter! We tested it out under a rug in our tiled dining room and it worked wonderfully. The warmer fits perfectly under a standard rug...you wouldn't even be able to tell it was there if it wasn't for the cozy warmth it provides:) It does have to be plugged in, so it would probably look best in a situation were you could "hide" the cord under furniture so it wouldn't be tripped over and visible. We will be able to arrange our furniture around the rug in the living room so the cord can go under the couch to the electrical outlet. The kiddos loved laying on the rug and I know it will really come in handy when the first of the cold weather hits us:) This is definitely a well-made product from quality materials and a great investment for your home. 14. My husband is painfully "allergic" to the cold, and in our 1903 house, our winters aren't so comfortable. We'd use this in the living room, where it would be great for lounging and also for doing yoga. That would make it much easier to relax into poses.

  167. I'd put this in our living room where we all hang out. We're all wood heat here & since the heat rises, it kinda stinks to sit on the floor this time of year. And we ALWAYS have cold feet!

Plus, our arthritic old cat would LOVE a warm place to sleep lol

This is an awesome idea, I dream of the day we can have heated floors. Some day some day! :)
