What we thought: The kids really had fun with this DVD. JoAnna is a really great leader and has just disposition to work with children. She really gets the kids excited about yoga from the very beginning of the DVD. The kiddos enjoyed the entire workout and continue to ask to watch the DVD and follow along nearly every day:) I love that we have found a yoga DVD the kids can really get involved in. A says her body feels really good after her yoga session, so I'm sure they are feeling the benefits and having fun at the same time:) This would be great for both beginners to learn the basic poses and language of yoga, or the experienced kids to enjoy a fun yoga workout. ABCD Diaries gives the Yoga By The Dozen DVD an A+!
