Garden Lites Veggie Muffins #Review

We recently had the chance to review a selection of Veggie Muffins from Garden Lites:

What we thought:
The kiddos inhaled these muffins!  I must say, they are pretty tasty...not that I got to eat very many of them:)  I did manage to get at least one bite of each muffin and I'm pretty impressed.  Garden Lites did a great job of making a healthy muffin taste delicious.
These muffins are gluten-free, kosher, vegetarian, high in fiber  and low in fat.  But they certainly don't lack in flavor!
Flavors include: Veggie Blueberry Oat, Zucchini Banana Chocolate Chip, Zucchini, Chocolate Veggie, Carrot Berry Veggie, and Golden Corn Veggie which means there is something for everybody.  My kiddos loved every single flavor!
These Veggie Muffins come frozen.  They are pretty small, but filling and they pack a pretty healthy punch since they are 1/3 veggie. They are great for breakfast, with lunch or a convenient on-the-go snack.
Individually wrapped, these 2 ounce muffins heat up in the microwave in only 35 seconds.  They can also be enjoyed at room temperature which is especially great for on-the-go snacking.

ABCD Diaries gives Garden Lites Veggie Muffins an A+!
